Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Full Time (Start ASAP)
Our busy and friendly dental office in London, Ontario is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.
About the Role
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Schedule: Full-time, every other Saturday required.
- Wage: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
- Software: Tracker.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
- Process insurance breakdowns and treatment submissions.
- Handle financial discussions and payment arrangements.
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator.
- Proficiency with Tracker software (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with insurance billing and treatment coordination.
- Positive, team-focused attitude.
- Arabic-speaking is considered an asset.
