<p>We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Whitby team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.</p>
<h3>What we’re looking for</h3>
<ul>
<li>Retail management experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover environment</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams</li>
<li>Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs</li>
<li>Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays</li>
<li>Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential</li>
</ul>
