About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Digital Denture CAD/CAM Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in digital denture design, along with a solid understanding of traditional (analog) denture workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for designing full-arch dentures with precision and efficiency using advanced CAD/CAM technology, ensuring the final restorations meet the highest quality standards.
Position Details (Important Highlights)
- Software: 3Shape preferred, but Exocad is also acceptable
- Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but flexible (part-time or per-unit contract also possible)
- Location: Worldwide remote candidates are acceptable
- Additional Notes: Priority will be given to candidates who are highly skilled and truly experienced in digital denture workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Design complete and partial dentures, immediate dentures, flippers, and implant-supported dentures
- Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory teams to customize prosthetics based on prescriptions and patient needs
- Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical specifications while adhering to internal quality standards
- Review incoming scans, attachments, and patient data to ensure accurate case setup and workflow
- Troubleshoot and resolve digital issues throughout the design process
- Stay current on digital denture technology, software advancements, and workflow developments
- Maintain accurate case documentation and consistent communication through remote tools
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in digital denture design (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- Proficiency in 3Shape (highly preferred) and/or Exocad
- Demonstrated ability to design complex full-arch cases with precision
- Excellent time-management and accountability in a remote work environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in analog / traditional denture fabrication (wax-ups, setups, occlusion, tooth selection, etc.)
- Familiarity with 3D scanning, 3D printing, and milling workflows
- Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment
- Understanding of digital production processes, quality standards, and implant prosthetic principles
