  • Manage vendor relationships, consultants, and third-party partners.
  • Deliver regular executive updates, escalating risks and recommending solutions.

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones.
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing, and technical integration (data migration, system configuration).
  • Drive user adoption through training programs and support models.

Risk & Change Management

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks across technical and organizational domains.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure cultural and operational adoption.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional project team.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale ERP implementations (Finance, Procurement, HR).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
  • Strong background in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering projects on-time and on-scope.
  • Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (MS Project, JIRA).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving transformation and building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience in municipal/government operations is an asset but not required.
