Position Overview:
As the Director of our new Calgary location, you will be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, shaping the future of our flagship facility in the region. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead in a rapidly growing company, collaborate with a passionate team, and directly contribute to the development of a groundbreaking model in childcare and co-working. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operations at the Calgary location, ensuring top-tier childcare services and seamless co-working experiences.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire a talented team of childcare educators, administrative staff, and co-working coordinators.
- Foster strong relationships with families, members, and the local community to create a thriving, engaged environment.
- Collaborate with the ProducKIDvity head office on strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive enrollment growth through local partnerships, events, and outreach activities.
- Manage the financial performance of the location, meeting budget goals and optimizing resources.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in early childhood education, childcare, or hospitality.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building communities and supporting families.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
