Our client, a well known Developer in Vancouver in looking to hire an experienced Senior Construction Manager or Project Director to oversee their woodframe portfolio of projects over the next 5-10 years.
Requirements:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through to completion.
- Act as the project representative, liaising with the respective Development Managers, Consultants and Construction Management teams.
- You will facilitate consistency and accountability in achieving project schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.
- You have 10+ years of related experience in a construction or Owner’s Representative role where you’ve completed the project lifecycle of a residential wood frame building, including preconstruction.
- You will need to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- This person needs to be self sufficient but also a team player who can take direction.
- Multiple woodframe condo and rental projects completed start to finish
Package:
- $160-190k salary
- 2 days work from home hybrid structure
- Profit Sharing up to 20%
