Role:
Reporting to the President, the Director & GM will be responsible for directing sales, customer service, manufacturing, and quality activities for the Company.
They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a work culture that aligns with the Company’s core values and ensuring that quality, safety, production, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• This is a high visibility leadership position that requires coordination of corporate, sales, and operational resources to manage the day-to-day operations
• Serve as top-level customer contact for major customers, oversee customer service teams, coordinate quoting and customer proposals and optimizing product mix across both facilities.
• Coordinate shop operations and field operations and quality teams.
• Maintain target sales backlog along with manpower and resources sufficient to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Coordinate ongoing customer approval efforts with support of the local and corporate new product teams.
• Closely collaborate with finance team to manage costs, forecast sales / profit, and drive overall financial performance.
