What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to enhance performance
- Execute functional strategies and collaborate with internal teams to align activities with business objectives
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
- Support member events and conferences, ensuring effective communication and execution of business plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; Business preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of comparable professional experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience presenting to groups
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License and ability to travel nationally (35%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership role and/or multi-unit management
- Functional knowledge of pharmacy business operations
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and SAP
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Experience in negotiation and financial management
