What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):


  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to enhance performance
  • Execute functional strategies and collaborate with internal teams to align activities with business objectives
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
  • Support member events and conferences, ensuring effective communication and execution of business plans

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; Business preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of comparable professional experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience presenting to groups
  • Valid Canadian Driver’s License and ability to travel nationally (35%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in a leadership role and/or multi-unit management
  • Functional knowledge of pharmacy business operations
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and SAP
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience in negotiation and financial management
