The key role of the Discipleship Director is to empower individuals to move towards Christ-centered living. This is accomplished by teaching classes, mentoring leaders, and resourcing pastors and ministry leaders with the necessary tools needed for their area.
Required Skills: Preaching, teaching, leadership development, strategic planning.
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of pastoral experience. Graduate-level education or equivalent theological training.
