<p>POSITION TITLE: Dispatcher</p><p>LOCATION: Mississauga, ON</p><p><br></p><p>Due to recent changes and growth, we are looking for a customer-focused <strong>Dispatcher </strong>for a fast-paced company in <strong>Mississauga.</strong> The company is growing, and we are specifically looking for someone who can be promoted to a more senior role in future. </p><p><br></p><p>You will be dispatching about 15-20 crews of technicians across southern Ontario. In this key role, you will be communicating with customers on a regular basis to confirm details for delivery and service appointments, and working closely with the parts department to make sure parts and tools needed by the technicians are available. </p><p><br></p><p>If you have a background in dispatch, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. Our client offers a good compensation and benefits package, and solid prospects for career advancement. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in dispatch.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency.</li><li>Strong knowledge of geography in Ontario.</li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet.</li><li>CCLP Designation (CITT) preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>SALARY RANGE: </strong>$50,000 - $60,000 range (commensurate with experience) plus benefits, bonus, and opportunities to advance.</p><p> </p><p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong>CCLP Designation (CITT) preferred but not required.</p><p></p>
