Strong background in

supply chain strategy, operations, or transformation

within this industry context
Experience managing or advising on improvement programs across multiple business functions
Familiarity with ERP systems (non-technical) and general awareness of digital tools such as analytics, automation, AI, and cloud platforms
Advanced working skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Maturity and confidence in engaging senior client executives, including C-suite leaders
Preference for candidates based in or open to relocation to Calgary

What Success Looks Like
Driving transformation programs that blend practical industry know-how with strategic acumen
Expanding the firm’s influence and business in the Western region through trusted client relationships
Consistent contribution to both billable projects and pre-sales initiatives
Establishing yourself as a go-to expert in agri-business consulting within a global network
