Foothills Creamery has proudly produced dairy products and served Western Canada for over 50 years. We produce butter and ice cream, now offering over 80 different flavors of ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, and soft serve. We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients and continue to use the same old-fashioned, barrel churned techniques as we did in 1969.

Job Purpose:
The Dry Goods & Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and accurate product preparation and rotation in the facility freezers and coolers. This individual is also responsible for managing the Dry Goods Warehouse and the organization of raw materials.
What You’ll Do:
* Safely wrap ice cream skids from the previous day’s Production run
* Manage the dry storage warehouse including receiving raw materials, and staging skids for drivers to pick up for Production
* Accurately pick customer orders from the freezer and cooler
* Clean & organize Dry Goods Warehouse as needed
* Organize driver paperwork
* Maintain both docks – clean and organize
* Set up ingredients for next day’s production for Ice Cream, Butter & Margarine as required
* Put products away from staging area from Production
* Off load ice cream conveyor and stack ice cream tubs onto pallet
* Store ice cream pallets into Blast Freezer
* Assist with picks and getting drivers out the door when needed
* Assist in product verification and product rotation
* Address and resolve problems as appropriate
* Inform supervisor of outstanding issues
* Monthly inventory counts
What You’ll Need:
* Ability to frequently lift and move 50lbs
* Excellent organization and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to effectively write notes and comprehension of written instructions
* Previous Warehouse experience
* Forklift experience
* Ability to work in below freezing temperatures (-20)
What You’ll Bring:
* Positive attitude and experience in customer service
* Ability to work independently with little supervision
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
