Job Description

Our client, a distinguished After School childcare company located in various locations in North Calgary is seeking Early Childhood Educators to join their team.
<br>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide a daily balance of active/quiet, indoor/outdoor, and individual/group activities.</li><li>Ensure childcare regulations are adhered to.</li><li>Lead children's activities and observe child development and progress.</li><li>Foster positive relationships and communication with parents and caregivers.</li><li>Support structured programs while creating safe and engaging environments for the children.</li><li>Work closely with other educators and childcare staff to create a productive learning environment.</li><li>Light cleaning and other administrative tasks as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience working with children.</li><li>A positive, enthusiastic, patient attitude with the ability interact with children in an encouraging, and engaging manner.</li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative to add to the classroom.</li><li>Warm and caring individual who loves children.</li><li>Must have completed the Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate.</li><li>A vulnerable sector check is required.</li></ul>
