About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Lower Mainland team. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at our project sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Here's how your role will strengthen our team:

Electrical Site Supervisor responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the site crew.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and assist in forecasting labor and material needs.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
  • Maintain daily logs and track and communicate project constraints.
  • Tool and equipment management with internal software.
  • Material procurement, tracking and handling.
Electrical Site Supervisor qualifications
  • Certified Red Seal Journey Electrician.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage apprentices and journeypersons.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency, and ability to use project management software and tools, including Procore, Bluebeam and Revizto.
