Part-Time English Superhero/Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We teach students HOW to learn. We help students improve their academic and study skills in a small group setting. We have a lot of fun!

Our class sizes are small with a maximum of three students per teacher. We provide all of the curriculum and lessons. Teachers do not need to lesson plan. Our teachers explain and guide students through the provided material and help students talk about their understanding.

**Minimum availability requirement is two shifts a week. Choice of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:45pm or 4:45pm to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 9:45am-2:00pm.**

Position Requirements

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

What will you do?
As a teacher/tutor/coach at Oxford Learning Bradford, you will be responsible for:
· Building relationships with students
· Build confidence in students that will change their lives
· Creating a fun and energetic learning environment
· Managing and motivating 2 or 3 students at a time
· Guiding students through lessons and activities provided by Oxford Learning

Qualified candidates should have:
· Strong English written and oral communication skills
· Experience in a teaching/tutoring environment

A one-year commitment is required to provide consistency to our students.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary Range: $19 - $23 / hour

Schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 3:45pm or 4:45pm to 8:00pm
• Saturdays 9:45am to 2:00pm
