What will you do as an entry-level Sales Representative?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through direct, personalized interactions to foster trust and drive brand loyalty 
• Follow up with client-generated leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and convert potential opportunities into successful sales
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales by leveraging effective communication, strategic sales techniques, and a results-driven approach
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
• Act as a brand ambassador for clients, consistently demonstrating our company's values and commitment to excellence
• Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with team members, offering support, and maintaining a solution-focused attitude

What do you need to succeed as an entry-level Sales Representative?

• 0-2+ years of relevant experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred, but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Self-motivated mindset with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills through training and mentorship
