Our Client is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a key executive focused on construction, facilities, and building maintenance.

You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and managing sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at juggling multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: Confidential Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling sensitive information and directing inquiries appropriately.

Calendar & Correspondence Management: Oversee the executive’s schedule, resolve conflicts, and ensure preparedness for meetings. Draft and manage correspondence and maintain confidential records. Project Coordination: Manage special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.

Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Committee Support: Assist in preparing materials for senior management and board meetings. Organize committee meetings, take minutes, and provide administrative support.

Financial Oversight: Help prepare and monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, and manage financial documentation. HR Functions: Coordinate employee performance evaluations and track leave reports for managers. Technical Proficiency: Attend meetings, understand technical terminology related to construction, facilities, and building maintenance, and summarize notes effectively.

Qualifications: Education: Two-year Office Administration program or equivalent experience; degree in business administration preferred. Experience: At least five years in a senior administrative support role. Experience with service or support departments is a plus.

Skills: Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office, virtual meeting platforms, and handling confidential information with integrity. At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
