About the Role:
As a bartender at Shokunin, you’ll be crafting world-class cocktails, delivering top-tier guest experiences, and becoming a vital part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless service and unforgettable nights.
Key Responsibilities
* Expertly craft and serve cocktails and beverages with consistency and flair
* Deliver outstanding service to both bar guests and seated diners
* Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and clean bar at all times
* Perform opening and closing duties to the highest standard
* Collaborate smoothly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
* Uphold the Shokunin standard of professionalism and hospitality at all times
What You Bring
* Proven bartending experience with strong cocktail knowledge
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills
* Calm under pressure in a high-energy setting
* Solid understanding of industry best practices
* Valid ProServe certification
* Wine and sake knowledge is a strong asset
* A team-player mindset and desire to grow within the company
* Full-time availability preferred — priority will be given to candidates who can commit to a full schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
