Our client, a global leader in specialized industrial services, is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations and drive high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in field activities.

In this leadership role, you’ll manage field teams, coordinate project execution, and uphold safety compliance — all while fostering a strong team environment. The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience in industrial services, construction, or HVAC, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily field operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field teams to meet performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety regulations and ensure quality workmanship.
• Address operational challenges promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of field activities, reports, and project milestones.
• Partner with management on continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Train new team members on safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in field operations — industrial services, construction, or HVAC sectors preferred.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Comfortable using technology for reporting and communication.
