BNC, Alberta’s Largest independent Chemical Solutions Provider, is looking for a dedicated, career oriented and customer focused individual to fill the roll of Field Service technician. This role involves regular and emergency service calls for a wide variety of commercial dishwashing and chemical dispensing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on providing exemplary service, including;

1. Ensuring our existing customer accounts receive prompt, reliable service, and support.

2. regular maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring it functions at it’s best for our value customers.

3. extending our exceptional service to new customers by actively seeking and acquiring new accounts.

4.

Assisting our customers in finding the right solutions through product sales, meeting their needs efficiently.

In addition to these core responsibilities, this role may involve occasional -of-town service assignments, lasting up to one week at a time.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must embody our service oriented values and posses the following qualifications;

– Excellent mechanical aptitude.

– Proficiency with hand tools

– diagnostic skills

– clean, valid drivers license

– Strong time management and communication skills.
