Job Overview: We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Manager to become a part of our team. As the financial manger, your primary responsibility will be to supervise all financial aspects of our company and develop our financial strategy and planning.

This will involve managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis and negotiations with lenders. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing the regular operations of the finance department throughout the company. Oversee the annual budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget.

Overseeing and preparing payroll, benefits, and retirement savings plans, maintaining excellent financial controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and improve financial reporting including key performance indicators and dashboards to help monitor the business. Providing operations and strategic advice/support with hands-on management and coordination of all items relating to finance and accounting.

Coordinate the annual audit with an independent accounting firm. Recruit, train and manage employees in the finance department. Skills Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required.

Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required. Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies related to key financial disciplines. Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.

Ability to work effectively under pressure. Wages: $58/hr based on 40 hrs a week, in person Location of work: 5437 Fraser Highway, Surrey, BC V3R 3P6.
