We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst for a 4-month contract, specializing in implementation projects. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining financial information systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. The role requires a deep understanding of both financial processes and technological systems, bridging the gap between finance professionals and IT specialists. Key Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for system enhancements or new implementations.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the technology teams for system design, development, and implementation. Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment. Create detailed documentation including business process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Requirements: 5 years in a similar position BA or PM skillset Previous implementation experience Accounting/financial background is a must Experience using Yardi Experience with Jira/Asana is considered an asset but not required.
