Adecco is actively seeking a full-time Fluid Volume Reporting Technician for a reputable oil and gas company situated in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be entrusted with the vital task of daily data entry for all fluid transfers into the Energy Components Program. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of Fluid Volume Reporting processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. If you possess proficiency in the Energy Components field data capture system and have prior experience in a similar capacity, we invite you to promptly submit your application. · Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1-day WFH · Shifts : Monday to Friday | 40 hours / week · Job type: Full-time | Long-Term Contract Duties and Responsibilities: Retrieve and organize truck tickets by company and date.

Enter 60 to 100 truck/pipeline tickets daily into Energy Components, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Review and rectify missing information; conduct research to obtain necessary data. Verify the source and destination of fluid transfers. Conduct daily review of entries for accuracy and completeness.

Compile Third Party Disposal Reports and reconcile with internal records. Reconcile rig reports with Well View data. Retain tickets following FVR team procedures. Liaise with Drilling Waste team for month-end reporting.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Regular communication with internal stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Energy Components field data capture system.

Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Directives 7, 17, and 42 for Volumetric and Infrastructure Requirements, Measurements Requirements, and Reporting Plan in Oil and Gas Operations. Familiarity with Disposal Waste Manifests processes. Understanding of SAGD site components and operations.

Technical competency with Energy Components, Well View, MS Outlook, and MS Excel. Strong troubleshooting abilities. Collaborative team-player mentality with the capability to work independently. Demonstrated leadership and competency in work practices, policies, and procedures.
