House of Chicken currently has 1 vacancy for the position of Food Services Manager. The Food Service Manager will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. 2.

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. 3. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. 4. Organize and maintain inventory. 5.

Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices. 6. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. 7. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. 8.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff. 9. Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures. 10. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
