We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Insulator Foreman or Ticketed Journeyman Insulator with potential to step into a foreman role in our Industrial department. The initial assignment will be supervising a crew on a project in the Edmonton area. This is a full-time position providing hands-on leadership and supervision, ensuring the safety and productivity of crews. As a key participant in the relationship with the contractor, company, and client, the Foreman acts as a management liaison assisting in the scheduling and coordination of the project. POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Comply with Thermal’s HSE requirements for each site that you are working on and working on or with related equipment (e.g. ladders, swing stages, and scaffolds). * Train new tradespeople as required * Able to work in variable weather conditions * Manage time to work on multiple projects daily EDUCATION * Journeyman Insulator Ticket is required * Previous foreman or related supervisory experience is an asset * Possession of the following safety tickets is an asset. Must be able to acquire. ** CSTS ** Fall Protection ** WHMIS KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years related practical experience * Current, valid drivers licenses with a clean drivers abstract * Ability to read and interpret Architectural drawings * Ability to work at heights * Physically fit to work on feet for 8-10 hours Thermal Systems promotes a Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace
