Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated French Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team.
Job Title: French Bilingual Agent (Onsite)
Location: Winnipeg Manitoba - Onsite
Pay Range: $19.50 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
What's the Job?
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and English, providing professional assistance and support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a courteous and effective manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall outcomes.
What's Needed?
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to pass a French language proficiency test, including typing and grammar assessments.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
