This role provides support to Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans.
  • Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand, acting as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Surpass KPIs and contribute to setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
  • Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and developing lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications

  • Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a caring approach.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage audiences.
  • Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and ability to deliver positive results.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • General computer software knowledge (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
  • Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
