Our client is a growing distribution company who’s looking to hire a talented General Manager. This is an ON-SITE role at their facility located in the Vancouver area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

Here’s a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom. General Manager: Must have minimum 5 years of experience in general management in the distribution industry Will be directly managing a staff of 10 employees in sales, operations, administration, and procurement in a 45K square foot facility with a total staff of 40 on site. Manages all branch activities, develops operational plan/budget, manages the P&L and tracks KPI’s You will spend roughly 50% of their time in the office managing operations and 50% in the field driving sales Salary is likely $110K – $120K on the base bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO Our client is healthy and growing nationally.
