As the General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive oversight and management of restaurant operations. This includes leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving financial targets, upholding quality standards, and preserving the restaurant’s reputation and vision. The GM role demands effective leadership, communication, organizational prowess, and a profound understanding of the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • inventory levels, oversee supply orders, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock availability while minimizing costs.
  • with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation, timely service, and high-quality culinary offerings.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • delivering an exceptional dining experience by upholding high standards of customer service.
  • with customers, promptly address inquiries or concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, taking necessary steps to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Financial Performance:


  • in developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • financial reports, including sales figures, expenses, and budgets, and implement necessary actions to optimize performance.
  • cost-control measures to manage labor costs, food waste, and other operational expenses.
  • regular financial audits and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.


Qualifications:

  • experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry is a prerequisite.
  • strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • understanding of restaurant operations, encompassing food preparation, service, and safety standards.
  • acumen to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and effectively manage costs.
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • with restaurant management/POS software, such as OpenTable
  • with Microsoft Office.
  • to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
