MoD is on the lookout for a performance-marketing expert in the role of Supervisor, Growth & Performance to join our client’s growing team!. We are looking for a strong leader, who is a great presenter and has a strong understanding of attribution tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand corporate & operational strategies of different business units across the organization
• Work collaboratively to help deliver innovative strategies and flawless execution
• Track business growth through various digital advertising initiatives (acquisition and brand awareness goals)
• Oversee the execution of strategies to reach client business targets, utilizing a variety of channels
• Work across various media platforms; be responsible for developing and maintaining campaign performance
• Provide comprehensive campaign management on media accounts; focus on delivering on time and on budget
Key Skills:
• Over 5 years of Campaign Management and 5+ years of Search & Social experience
• Over 5 years of Digital Marketing Agency experience
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Experience with amazon search and ecommerce, Google Search and Display, YouTube
• Hands-on experience with FLIPP, DV360, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Video
• Strong understanding of attribution tools, Mix Marketing Models and various tools and platforms
