Health Services Manager
to join our opening team.

What You'll Do
As the Health Services Manager, you'll provide strong clinical and operational leadership to ensure residents receive exceptional, client-centered care. You'll:

  • Lead and promote a Client-Directed philosophy, ensuring every decision puts residents first
  • Oversee the electronic client documentation system and ensure quality standards are met
  • Build trusted partnerships with residents and families through open communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and service
  • Collaborate on assessments, care planning, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage human resources activities, policy implementation, and operational efficiency
  • Step in to support clinical staff as needed to maintain seamless care delivery

What You Bring

  • A clinical background with relevant education and credentials (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or another regulated healthcare discipline)
  • Active registration and good standing with the appropriate Nova Scotia regulatory body
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and accountability
  • Strong understanding of supervision, healthcare operations, and best practices in care delivery
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, collective agreements, and sector standards
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
