Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Home Health Care Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This is an on-site role. The Home Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing client care plans, scheduling home health care services and staff, communicating with clients and their families, and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations. The role involves daily interactions with the health care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Experience in health care, scheduling, and client care management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in Dementia care is a plus
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology
- Knowledge of health care regulations and standards
- Certification in health care or a related field is beneficial
