HR Business Partner
Our client is searching for an HR Business Partner that will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across all operational functions.

This role encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation planning, payroll and benefits administration, and performance management.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Provide expert guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and support talent attraction strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of a new HRIS and payroll system.
  • Coordinate annual policy acknowledgment processes.
  • Support key HR programs including talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Standards and reduce legal risk.
  • Lead and support various HR projects as needed.
  • Your strengths include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • CPHR designation or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist role, including payroll processing.
  • Strong expertise in payroll and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Experience coaching leaders and managing organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
