<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>HR Business Partner</b>, based in Ontario, who will play a key role in supporting the teams attached to our offices in <b>Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia</b>, as well as our sales workforce. Reporting to the <b>Head of HR based in Québec at the head office</b>, this role will also ensure the <b>alignment and connection of all HR practices, processes, and projects across Canada</b>.</p><p>This strategic position supports our operations in the<b> alcoholic & nonalcoholic</b> <b>beverages industry</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Employee Relations & HR Advisory</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees across assigned regions.</li><li>Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching.</li><li>Conduct and support investigations, ensuring fairness, consistency, and accurate documentation.</li><li>Advise leaders on policy interpretation, employment standards, and best HR practices.</li><li>Monitor employee relations trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and organizational culture.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Recruitment & Workforce Planning</b></p><ul><li>Support recruitment efforts for roles supporting the teams attached to our offices in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, including sales force positions.</li><li>Support hiring managers in job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.</li><li>Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding and offboarding across all regions.</li><li>Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to define and execute effective attractive strategies in a competitive market.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Performance Management</b></p><ul><li>Guide leaders through performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback.</li><li>Coach managers on addressing underperformance and conducting challenging conversations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Culture & Engagement </b></p><ul><li>Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, and connection across regions.</li><li>Contribute to change management and organizational development activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Support the Business in All Talent Processes</b></p><ul><li>Support talent planning, succession planning, and development strategies.</li><li>Partner with leaders to identify development needs and recommend learning opportunities.</li><li>Provide guidance on compensation practices and salary reviews.</li><li>Provide direction and support during annual performance review exercises.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Policy, Compliance & HR Operations</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with provincial employment legislation (Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia).</li><li>Maintain consistency in the application of HR policies and recommend updates as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Project Management & Strategic HR Initiatives</b></p><ul><li>Lead and support project management activities related to the annual HR initiatives plan, supporting the organization's Long range HR Plan.</li><li>Ensure timely execution, tracking, and communication of key HR projects across Canada.</li><li>Collaborate with the HR leadership team to align regional execution with national HR priorities.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent application of initiatives and best practices across all sites.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <b>7 years of HR generalist experience</b>, ideally with multi-site or multi-province scope.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment legislation</li><li>Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships at all organizational levels.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Ready to Raise the Glass?</b></p><p>If you're looking to make an impact everyday, we'd love to meet you.
