JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in all facets of human resources including: providing support for Kronos and workday data entry, HR reporting, recruiting, pre-employment, onboarding and off-boarding and supporting HR programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering customer centric HR services to a diverse client group.

EVRAZ is committed to maintaining and promoting a safe, healthy and injury-free environment. It is required for all jobs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES First point of contact to employees for HR administration questions and concerns.

Act as the Workday and Kronos super user, supporting the business units need for Workday and Kronos training, reporting, process improvement, data integrity, and employee data changes. Support both onboarding and off boarding processes which include facilitating new hire orientation, training schedules and terminations. Run Workday and Kronos reports on HR business metrics to support decision-making.

Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes to enable the organization to respond to changing priorities. Leave of Absence administrative management. Maintain strong working knowledge of HR legal requirements related to day-to-day operations, reducing legal risks, and assisting with regulatory compliance where needed.

Maintain employee personnel files. Complete ad hoc research and/or special projects as needed. Performs other duties as they might be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 2-3 years’ of Human Resources administrative experience. Kronos and Workday HCM experience, strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive situations and details with high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, exhibit a high level of integrity at all times.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Working knowledge of both federal and state employment laws and regulations Strong collaborator and ability to work independently. Proactive and flexible problem-solving skills.
