As the key individual on our team responsible for fostering growth and development, the Human Resources Leader is a champion for our people. Working with support from the leaders in our organization, you will lead the creation and improvement of internal systems for learning, training, goal setting, and team management. This includes identifying innovative tools and processes to strengthen our existing HR framework.

Overview of Tasks:
1. Core HR Functions:
- Design and implement systems for identifying and attracting new talent to our team.
- Lead and support the search for top-tier talent to grow our organization.
- Guide managers in personal goal setting and performance measurement by designing scalable systems.
- Address employee relations issues with fairness and empathy.
2. Training and Development:
- Develop an internal training system by leveraging existing team expertise and external resources.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and content creators to deliver high-quality internal training and tools.
- Create and maintain competency matrices to identify skill gaps, focus training needs, and guide employee development.
- Build and implement a culture of continuous learning and growth.
3. HR System Improvement:
- Identify and implement innovative tools to manage and motivate the team.
- Enhance systems for goal setting, performance tracking, and professional growth.
- Support the development of a competency network and organizational hierarchy to align with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly innovative and creative leader with 5+ years of experience in HR and organizational development.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling HR systems in fast-paced, growing organizations.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in learning and development program creation, competency mapping, and employee growth planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams.
- A strategic mindset and adaptability to evolving priorities and challenges.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast, plan, and collaborate effectively with leadership
