Reporting to the Install Supervisor, the Install Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

This position involves ensuring a successful execution of installations, and training the Install Apprentices on their team, as well as maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities:
This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

HVAC Installations


Assist with the installation of residential gas furnaces
Assist with the installation of residential central air conditioning units
Assist with the installation of residential water heating systems
Review placement of equipment and any preparation required for installation of equipment

One Call Completion

Follow all processes to ensure each installation is completed properly and to code


Customer Solutions

Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the duration of each appointment

Customer Experience


Walk throughs with the customer at the beginning and end of each installation appointment
Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the duration of each appointment
Explain operations and service requirements to the homeowner of the equipment installed


Safety

Actively participate in the company safety program and maintain cooperation to OH&S guidelines
Conduct scheduled vehicle inspections


Qualifications:
Minimum 3-year driver’s license with clean abstract
2+ years of HVAC installation experience
Problem solving skills
Communication skills
Customer/member service oriented
