IAM/PAM Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IAM and PAM projects with a focus on Okta, CyberArk, and MFA solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of IAM/PAM solutions across global environments.
• Manage a team of 9 engineers/analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
• Conduct project planning, risk management, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Ensure secure identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged account management, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on Windows, Linux, and database integration with IAM/PAM solutions.
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and end-user experience.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Skillset/qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in IT Security / IAM / PAM, with 3+ years in project management or leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta (IAM), CyberArk (PAM), and MFA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Proven experience managing medium-sized teams (8–12 members) and driving cross-functional projects.
• Excellent project management skills (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in global, 24x7 support environments is a plus.
• Certification in CyberArk or Okta is preferred.
• Good Communication and Presentation skill.
