Implementation Project Manager

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, and will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of project delivery—from planning and execution to post-implementation support—ensuring that the project meets its goals, is delivered on time, and aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project planning documents, ensuring alignment with PMO methodologies and project goals
• Lead cutover planning, data migration, system integration, and provide post-cutover support to ensure business continuity and minimal disruptions
• Direct internal and external resources, including Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor the health and availability of environments, ensuring the appropriate environments are available for testing and deployment activities.
• Proactively manage project scope, timeline, financials, and risks, ensuring successful project delivery and resolution of any issues or risks that arise
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including feasibility studies, work breakdown structures, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Enterprise Application implementations
• Experience leading the coordination and execution of cutover activities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, MS ADO, Trello), with experience in managing complex system deployments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively multiple vendors.
• Enterprise Asset Management implementation an asset.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent; ITIL Foundation or related certifications are a plus

Pay Rate: $100-110/hour
