QUALIFICATIONS - Industrial Mechanic
- 4+ years maintenance experience in food / beverage / pharma / CPG manufacturing
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Excellent understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
- Electromechanical competency is an asset (sensors, drives, HMI, etc.)
- Previous experience with blow molding machines
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and mechanical tools
- Ability to use hand and power tools and production tracking systems
- Experience reading manuals and blueprints
- Good communication skills together with basic computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Open to a rotating continental shift
RESPONSIBILITIES - Industrial Mechanic
- Perform routine checks on equipment to identify repair needs
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment and associated hardware with minimal supervision
- Service machines including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, depalletizers, and labelers
- Maintain and repair PLC, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery
- Work to support operators during equipment malfunctions and collaborate to resolve issues
- Participate in team development through training and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems (Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP)
- Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations
