Innovation Projects Specialist

Workplace Design and Space Planning: Utilize your investigative mindset to deliver data-driven space planning and office allocations that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce. Use data to both interpret user experience, and plan for future organizational needs.

Policies and Standards: Develop and implement workplace policies, procedures, and standards that support the organization’s strategic priorities. Assess the effectiveness of existing policies and identify areas for improvement. strong> Associate degree or higher in business administration, human resources, facilities management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Possess a systems mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, building effective relationships across diverse teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. At YVR, your work experience goes beyond the paycheck.
