Salary Range: $45K – $55K

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. In this pivotal role, the Inside Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in our Sales department, primarily overseeing customer annual renewals while also delivering essential administrative support to the sale team.  

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and grow within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.  


  • Ensure timely renewal of customer Extended Service Plans and Annual Licenses. 
  • Prepare accurate renewal agreements and quotes. 
  • Address customer accounts, requirements, and product history. 
  • Maintain up-to-date deal data and accurate records in the CRM systems. 
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video calls to resolve renewal objections and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities. 
  • Review customer agreement revisions and PO terms and conditions, coordinating with legal for review as necessary. 
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including customer communication, data entry, and report generation. 
  • Complete paperwork, registrations, and forms as required. 
  • Support Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle as needed. 
  • Provide support for parts and accessories orders.  

What you bring: 

  • Proficient English verbal and written communication and strong ability at building rapport with customers. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members across various departments. 
  • A flexible and adaptable personality willing to embrace new challenges and responsibilities. 

Education and Experience:  

  • Post Secondary Education in Business, Communications, or Sales preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in and administrative role. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. 
  • Experience with Slack is considered an asset. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce, is considered an asset. 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French is considered an asset. 


Additional Requirements: 

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada. 
  • This is an onsite role in Port Coquitlam, BC. Hybrid option can be considered after successful 90 days of employment.
