Blink Modular specializes in designing and building prefab garden suites and laneway homes, offering stylish, sustainable, and efficient living spaces. Zerosquared is dedicated to constructing tiny homes on wheels and park models, pushing the boundaries of minimalist and mobile living.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working both directly with consumers and in a business-to-business capacity, driving sales and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, and webinars) to introduce our products and initiate sales processes.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization.
  • Present products to prospective clients, including virtual tours and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.


  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an inside sales representative, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with the housing, prefabricated structures, or tiny homes market is highly advantageous.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
    • Experience in B2B sales and direct consumer sales.
    • Ability to address and negotiate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
    • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
