Job Description The Installer is responsible for maintaining customer service standards through safe and efficient operation, including safe driving and care of company vehicles, while adhering to Company policies, procedures, and standards. The Installer’s function is to ensure that clients’ products are installed in an organized and timely manner, while ensuring this is completed safely and carefully.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations through the proper handling of customer merchandise, questions, comments, requests, and complaints.
Effectively work in a diverse team environment in a proficient and friendly manner.
Perform duties in an organized manner with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality of information at all times. Co-ordinate deliveries to ensure work is done within established deadlines.
Assist the supervisor to ensure the warehouse is operating in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.
Provide ongoing feedback to the supervisor regarding recommendations for continued improvement of the warehouse operation.
Establish and maintain a strong, efficient, and productive working relationship with approved professionals, business organizations, and internal/external company representatives.
Accurately and efficiently handle the installation of merchandise, inventory control, price integrity, and administrative areas not specifically referred to in this document.
Assist in repairs of equipment, assembly of new equipment, and the installation of stair, porch, and ceiling lifts. May also assist in maintaining the AADL recycle program, maintenance of company vehicles, and the maintenance of all rental equipment.
Adhere to all government and professional standards and regulations as they apply to the Home Health Care Industry.
Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), including participation in OH&S activities, knowledge of and compliance with OH&S policies, procedures, and legislation, assisting in identifying unhealthy, unsafe situations, and ensuring corrective action is taken.
Provide training to new installers and provide verbal and written reports to the supervisor on the status of training progress as required.
