Instructional Designer (Contract – Remote)

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer to help us build transformative learning programs rooted in the SHARP™ Framework. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials and curricula

• Build interactive learning activities and assessments in digital platforms (e.g., Canvas, LMS)

• Support training and leadership development initiatives

• Evaluate instructional effectiveness and refine content based on feedback

What You Bring:

• Strong background in Instructional Design and Needs Analysis

• Experience in curriculum development, training, and development

• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital delivery

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred

• Experience with leadership coaching or digital strategy (a plus)
