Full-Time Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Pickering, ON
Position Overview:
A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the full-time, permanent role of Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- You must have or be willing to obtain OTL/RIBO license to sell car and home insurance along with LLQP to sell Life insurance
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office

- 36.5 hour work week
- Benefit allotment for personally owned benefits
Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000
