About the Role As an Integrated Marketing & Growth Manager at Hullo, you will be at the forefront of shaping our market presence and brand identity. In this pivotal role, you will: Lead Creative and Strategic Initiatives : Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that significantly elevate our brand recognition and customer loyalty. Mastermind Social Media and Content Excellence : Direct comprehensive social media strategies and content creation, steering our dedicated team towards groundbreaking campaign success.

Champion Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing efforts align with our core brand values and consistently deliver our message across all channels. Foster Collaborative Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and achieve unified business goals, enhancing overall brand coherence and market impact. Responsibilities Creative Strategy Leadership: Spearhead the development and management of campaigns and promotions, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution at all levels.

Social Media Strategy: Lead the strategic development of social media initiatives, overseeing the direction and execution of campaigns, and providing leadership to the social media/content team. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies in collaboration with communbications and content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and conducting thorough A/B testing to optimize performance. Content Management: Direct the efforts of the Content Coordinator and videographer to drive the content engine, ensuring the production of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Utilize Analytics to Drive Decisions: Regularly analyze campaign performance and market trends using advanced analytics tools. Use these insights to refine strategies and redefine creative intent to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives and improve outcomes. Research and Adapt to Market Trends: Conduct in-depth market research and understand industry changes keenly.

Apply this knowledge to adapt our marketing strategies promptly, ensuring our brand remains competitive and relevant. Out-of-Home (OOH) Campaign Management: Oversee ad hoc management of out-of-home campaigns, including radio, print, billboard, and direct mail initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and strategic goals. Free standby ferry travel for you and your family between Nanaimo and Vancouver VIFC contributions to your RRSP What We’re Looking For Undergrad degree in Marketing, Business or Communications 5 years of marketing strategy, execution, and project management work experience Brand Champion – we’re looking for an ambassador who understands the ethos of our brand and how to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple brands, omnichannel (regional knowledge an asset) Highly proficient with time management, organizational tools, and project management Adaptability and ability to handle significant variation in workload across several workstreams. A natural curiosity, humility, and hunger for growth Process oriented and obsessive over details – you take pride in knowing all the details and ensuring accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solutions focused mindset with a desire to build and improve.

Work experience in tourism and travel and/or marine transportation industry. Compensation $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
