We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will primarily serve as a Senior Technician, managing a variety of advanced technical tasks while also providing essential Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. This position involves both remote troubleshooting and onsite visits, ensuring our end-users receive timely and effective support.



Senior Technician Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, delivering advanced technical support and guidance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions for recurring issues.
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently and securely.


Onsite Support:

  • Travel to various locations to address on-site IT issues.
  • Set up and maintain IT equipment and workstations.
  • Assist with hardware installations and software updates.


General Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of support issues, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Follow company IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles, particularly with Tier 2 and Tier 3 responsibilities.
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for onsite support.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
