IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Department in our Vancouver office.

This position reports to the IT Manager. Duties: Provide desktop support and technical assistance and support for service requests related to the firm’s computer systems, hardware, software, remote access, VoIP and mobile devices Deliver user support in a professional, confident and courteous manner Research and implement alternate solutions for hardware and software troubleshooting Prioritize workloads and exercise superior problem solving skills and issue resolution Collaborate with team to resolve complex IT problems Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Technology related discipline 1 year of experience providing technical support Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize and deliver creative solutions Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks or competing priorities Dedicated to providing quality end user support by providing service beyond expectations Law firm or professional services experience an asset but not required Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
