Compensation and Benefits
- $200K – $210K + base salary for Hospitalists; Directors earn $225K + much higher.
- Bonuses based on productivity and quality.
- Additional compensation for extra shifts.
- Earning potential only limited by you!
- Block scheduling: 7 on, 7 off.
- Full benefits package including malpractice insurance, relocation allowance, and more.
Requirements
Please note: All staff must be comfortable with ICU skills such as Central Lines and intubations.
